Description

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Dispatching drivers to appropriate locations.
Answering calls and schedule services.
Directing drivers to service calls.
Maintaining records, logs, and schedules.
Preparing shift activity reports, for all activities.
Relaying trouble issues, damage claims and driver attendance to management.
Determining vehicle, equipment and materials needed for calls.

Minimum Requirements:

Sound judgement and critical thinker.
Great organization and multitasking abilities.
Active listener, excellent communication skills.
Fast typing with experience in data entry.
Proficient in English (oral and written).
Positive attitude and team player.
Self-motivated individual.
Ability to follow directions.
Professional appearance.
Professional customer service etiquette.
Pass pre employment and random drug tests.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Some dispatching experience required.
