Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or on a team; operate general office equipment like a copy machine, fax machine, multi-line telephone system, and scanner; knowledge of computers, software, databases, and word processing programs.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Answer incoming calls.
Take and deliver messages.
Support Sr Staff and management as needed.
Assist departments with administrative support.
Generate reports and other documents.
Prepare correspondence and documentation.
Provide customer service and support.
Receive, sort and distribute mail.
Receive and process deliveries.
Minimum Requirements:

Current and Valid drivers license.
